Product Details

The YAMAHA GL-1 has arrived!

This popular mini-guitar, commonly known as the "Guitalele," offers the playability of a guitar while providing the sound of a ukulele.

With a total length of 698mm and a 433mm scale length, its cute, compact body offers a unique playing feel different from an alto guitar, and the sound is quite similar to a ukulele.

The recommended tuning is equivalent to a standard 5-fret capo: 1st string/A, 2nd string/E, 3rd string/C, 4th string/G, 5th string/D, 6th string/A.

(Incidentally, looking only at the 4321st string, it's GCEA, which is the same as a ukulele's low G tuning.)

Standard classical guitar strings can be used.

Its small size, including the body, makes it convenient to carry, making it ideal for travel.

Please consider it!
