This '56 Strat has a maple neck modeled after a vintage guitar built in October 1956 which features a pronounced "soft V" near the headstock that transitions into a full, rounded "C" or "boat" shape as you move up the frets.The Fender Custom Shop Fat '50s pickups deliver a classic, bell-like tone and its Reverse Wound, Reverse Polarity middle pickup cancels out 60-cycle hum when using the neck-and-middle (position 4) or bridge-and-middle (position 2) switch combinations.BODY
