The Martin 000-13E Retro Walnut brings upgraded tone and timeless style to the Road Series. It features a solid spruce top and solid black walnut back and sides in a gloss finish for articulate tone, rich sustain, and warm midrange. Walnut—known locally as “Pennsylvania rosewood”—adds warmth and tonal complexity that rival more traditional tonewoods. The 000 body shape offers balance across all six strings, while scalloped X-bracing enhances clarity and responsiveness. A Performing Artist neck with high-performance taper ensures smooth, modern playability. Style 28-inspired visual appointments nod to iconic Martin design, and with versatile E1 electronics, a built-in tuner, and a softshell case, this guitar is built for players who know where they’re headed—and need the right tool to take them there.
