It’s my privilege to present this guitar for your consideration. Here we have a 1976 Gibson Firebird Bicentennial with original case.

This Bicentennial Firebird was released to commemorate the bicentennial of the founding of the United States of America.

And it isn’t just a guitar—it’s a rare piece of American music history. With its iconic reverse-body design, striking red-white-and-blue Firebird emblem, and the powerful clarity of its mini-humbuckers, it delivers vintage tone and unmistakable stage presence. Collectors prize this limited-year model for its craftsmanship and patriotic flair, while players love its smooth neck and unmistakably bold voice.

Being 50 years old, it has all the checking and vintage look you’d hope for. Definitely a lot of mojo, and its history can be felt in your hands. The frets were made shallow at that time, but they have wear, and the handle on the case is broken, but it is THE original case, with a classic dark red interior lining.
