Up for sale is a used, early 1990s Roland JV-30 16-Part Multi-Timbral Synthesizer. In its heyday, the JV-30 was highly praised for packing Roland's legendary PCM sample-playback engine, flexible GS/General MIDI soundsets, and intuitive real-time editing sliders into a compact 61-key canvas.

This specific unit is completely non-functioning and is being offered strictly as a luthier/electronics repair project, circuit bending platform, or a donor unit for spare internal parts. It has been priced to clear accordingly.

⚠️ CRITICAL BUYER NOTE — FOR PARTS / REPAIR ONLY: This hardware does not function in its current state. It is intended solely for professional electronics technicians, collectors looking for original cosmetic replacement components, or hobbyists seeking a hardware fixer-upper project.

Condition & Project Salvage Details

• Operational Status: The internal boards/system architecture do not boot up or pass signal as intended. (If there are specific symptoms like "doesn't power on at all," "screen lights up frozen," or "broken keys," please insert that exact text here).
• Donor Parts Breakdown: This unit houses an array of valuable, hard-to-find vintage Roland components, including a full 61-note keybed, specialized PCM voice chips, front-panel edit sliders, button contact boards, chassis casing elements, and the rear input/output port configuration.
• Cosmetics: In used physical condition. Shows typical signs of studio handling, age, and storage wear—including cosmetic scuffs, surface scratches, and light dust accumulation on the housing panel.
• Please review all high-resolution photos carefully to verify the exact cosmetic state of the keys, casing, and chassis seams.

• Note: Power supply/adapter, manual, audio cables, patch sheets, or original packaging are NOT included with this project piece unless explicitly pictured.

Standard Shipping & Project Purchase Guidelines

• Strictly Sold As-Is: Because this synthesizer is explicitly listed as a broken/non-functional unit intended for salvage or complete rebuild, this transaction is a final sale with absolutely no returns, refunds, or operational warranties.
• Packaging: Even though this is a project piece, we handle electronics with care. The keyboard will be securely wrapped in layers of protective bubble cushioning and shipped inside a thick, elongated box with form-fitting filler to ensure no structural panels crack or keys break during transit.
• Shipping: Ships promptly with tracking. Please check our feedback and buy with confidence!
