Pedaltrain Space Saving Tuner PT-SST. This tuner is designed to take up minimal space on your board, even less so than a mini pedal footprint. It can also be used outside of a pedalboard environment. They accept quarter inch in and out, and include a standard pedal style barrel plug for 9v power. See photos and diagram from manual.
This product was released in limited quantities several years ago and the examples I have are unopened, brand new, new old stock and are sold with no warranty.
