[Condition]

There is some plating peeling on the 3rd string tuning peg, and a repaired crack of about 4 cm on the body side near the 1st string. There is paint peeling on the back of the headstock and neck, and scratches on the back of the body that appear to be from a belt buckle. There are also other dents and scratches, indicating that it has been played extensively, considering its age.

The neck is generally straight, maintaining a standard string height of approximately 2.5 mm at the 12th fret of the 6th string and approximately 1.7 mm at the 12th fret of the 1st string.

Furthermore, there is an engraved personal name on the inside of the body and on the back of the top, suggesting that this particular instrument was ordered.

[CTM D-45 SNBURST]

The pinnacle of acoustic guitars. The Style 45, a model admired by all acoustic guitar fans.

This particular instrument is a D-45 with luxurious decorations and a majestic, delicate sound.

A custom-spec instrument, a one-of-a-kind order piece, realized with meticulous attention to detail.

The body top features a rare black-to-brown gradient lacquer finish, and the headstock boasts a horizontal logo crafted from luxurious abalone shell, similar to the Style 28. 45 Snowflakes inlays adorn the fretboard and bridge, adding to its stylish appeal. The pickguard also features inlaid edging, creating a design that is both opulent and clean. The rosewood used for the sides and back is also remarkably dark in color, indicating the use of high-grade wood.

The top is Sitka spruce, and the sides and back are Indian rosewood. The nut width is a slim 42.9mm, and the neck shape is a comfortable low-profile profile. The neck features a single-action adjustable truss rod and scalloped X-bracing. The beautiful sound lives up to its striking appearance.

[Sound]

The sound has a high density and stability in the mid-low frequencies, with a strong "bell-like" quality characteristic of the Style 45 in the high frequencies. The mid-to-low range has a somewhat subdued, bell-like tone, which in turn gives it a more extended high-frequency range. Among D-45s, this one has a slightly more masculine, gutsy sound. While it would suit a beautiful arpeggio style, it's a guitar that makes you want to play with a solid strum.
