Physical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there are a few random swirl marks and light scuffs over the body, but super clean condition overall. There are also a few faint marks on the pickguard and a just bit of mild tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some super light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
