An early 1939 D-18, what is there to say? Amongst the holy grail of vintage instruments. This guitar has had a very active life, as one can clearly see, but it is in excellent playing condition and its timbre speaks for itself. Mahogany back and sides, Adirondack Spruce on top, 1 3/4" at the nut, 2 5/16" at the saddle. Very full V neck profile. The bridge, frets, saddle, and nut have been replaced, but all else is original.
