One of Guild's few electric models to feature a 25.5" scale length and bolt-on neck, the combination pairs nicely with a Guild LB-1 "Little Bucker" in the bridge position and DeArmond Aerosonic single coils in the middle and neck positions. Premium pickups give the Surfliner a wide array of tones, from crisp and jangly to thick and full when overdriven. Voicings are driven by the Guild Rocker Pickup Switching System, featuring an on/off switch for each pickup, allowing a total of seven pickup combinations. Rounded out with a master volume and tone, medium jumbo frets, 3-ply pickguard, and a Guild logo resurrected from the 1980s.

he Surfliner's sound is driven by the Guild Rocker Pickup Switching System, with master volume, tone control, and 3 rocker switches. Each rocker switch is assigned to a single pickup allowing players to dial in a total of 7 pickup combinations, every possible combination available from the three pickups. 

The LB-1 Bridge pickup is a recreation of vintage Guild Humbuckers from the 60's offering a range of tones well-suited for a variety of playing styles and genres. 

The middle and neck pickups are a matched set of Dearmond Aerosonic middle and neck single coil pickups. These pickups feature Alnico V magnets and a shielded nickel cover.
