Suhr Select Classic T Ponderosa Pine (2018 Collection)

This instrument represents the pinnacle of John Suhr’s lutherie. The heart of this build is a 2-piece Ponderosa Pine body, a choice that imparts a resonant, lively acoustic quality, finished in a glossy 2-Tone Tobacco Burst that highlights the dramatic "Flame Wings" figuring . Its neck is a showstopper in itself: 3A Roasted Birdseye Maple, offering exceptional stability and a striking visual texture, paired with an Indian Rosewood board. Sonically, the S90 pickups are the perfect match for the pine's airiness, delivering a raunchy, roaring midrange that retains a lyrical, pristine clarity, making this a truly one-of-a-kind custom piece.
