The Ibanez Standard RG470DX is built for players who demand speed and precision. Its solid meranti body and maple Wizard III neck create an instrument engineered for high-performance playing. The 24-fret jatoba fingerboard with jumbo frets supports rapid-fire technique and expressive bends, while Shark Tooth inlays deliver striking visual appeal. The HSH Quantum pickup configuration delivers versatile tones across multiple genres, and the Edge-Zero II double-locking tremolo system maintains tuning stability through aggressive pitch manipulation. The Wizard III neck—one of Ibanez's slimmest designs—balances comfort with substance, making lightning-fast runs and complex chord work equally accessible. Whether you're crafting intricate metal passages or exploring dynamic soundscapes, the RG470DX combines proven performance features with reliable hardware. This is a guitar designed for players ready to push their limits.
