One-of-One: 2018 Generation Axe Tour — Signed by All Five Guitarists

This is the rarest possible Ibanez JEM Jr. on the market: a clean white JEM Jr. signed in person by all five Generation Axe guitarists at the 2018 tour Meet & Greet — Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Zakk Wylde, Nuno Bettencourt, and Tosin Abasi.

The JEM is Steve Vai's signature model. Having Vai sign his own iconic design — alongside the four other most virtuosic shredders of their generation — makes this guitar a true one-of-one piece of modern guitar history.

Signatures (with locations)

• Steve Vai — center upper bout, with his iconic "VAI" eye logo (his personal mark, signed on his own signature model — a touch he reserves for collectors, not stock production guitars)
• Yngwie Malmsteen — upper horn, inscribed "John, World on Fire"
• Zakk Wylde — lower bout near the volume control, inscribed "2018 SDMF"
• Nuno Bettencourt — upper bout, signed in flowing script
• Tosin Abasi — lower bout

All five signatures applied with at the Generation Axe 2018 VIP Meet & Greet. Original Meet & Greet pass and tour ticket (Row A, Seat 1, VIP) included — see photos. The pass + ticket establish event provenance: the show date, the venue, and the holder's VIP access on the night the signatures were obtained.

Why this matters

The Generation Axe lineup will almost certainly never assemble again — five headliners with overlapping legacies but distinct fan bases, each at the peak of their craft. Steve Vai curated the tour personally. The 2018 leg was the second and final North American run.

This piece is fan-acquired and features the same five-signature combination on Vai's own signature model, with the original event documentation that fan-signed items rarely come with.

Condition

• Body, neck, hardware, electronics: Excellent — guitar plays as intended, all signatures intact and clear. Guitar was brand new purchased the day before the show. Played maybe once for about 5 mins.
• Signatures: Sharpie under clear coat is NOT present — signatures are uncoated, original ink. Handle and store accordingly. Buyer should NOT attempt to clean the signed face.
• Gator molded hardshell flight case included (visible in photos) This is like an armored truck for a guitar. It's meant to be tossed about by airline baggage handlers. 'nuff said.
• Meet & Greet pass, collectable holographic tour ticket all included

Offers

Lowball offers will be immediately scoffed at and ghosted. I'm not selling this because I want to. Unfortunately I need the money more than the guitar, but I'm not going to fire-sale it.

No trades.
