The Ibanez Prestige RG5121RET-PRT Polar Lights combines the RG series’ uncompromising focus on high performance with high-quality Japanese craftsmanship and features consistently designed for modern metal sounds. The African mahogany body is paired with a five-piece Super Wizard HP neck made from maple and wenge, whose slim profile, together with the bound rosewood fingerboard, 24 jumbo stainless steel frets and Prestige Fret Edge Treatment, creates the ideal conditions for fast and precise playing techniques. Two active Fishman Fluence Modern Ceramic humbuckers deliver powerful high-gain sounds with clear articulation and can be tonally varied using the additional voicing switch. The EverTune bridge ensures maximum tuning stability, whilst Gotoh tuners, Luminlay side dots and a Graph Tech Black TUSQ XL nut round off the professional specification. The RG5121RET is manufactured in Japan and comes with a sturdy Ibanez hardshell case.
