I am listing a bunch of guitars for friends and mentors who are less tech-savvy than I am—and I'll be selling mostly a bunch of Fenders and Taylors that were purchased as investments, rarely (if ever) played and kept in cases (acoustics with humidifiers) in a climate controlled, smoke-free, pet-free home the past couple of years.

Because I am not a professional seller or a shop, you're probably not going to get the greatest description and tech-specs in the world—but feel free to write with more questions or for photos or videos of any guitar you're interested in.

This Fender American Professional Telecaster Deluxe delivers a powerful, modern take on a classic Tele platform, pairing timeless Fender design with a thicker, more aggressive tonal voice. Finished in a rich Candy Apple Red with a black pick-guard, this guitar blends classic aesthetics with a bold, stage-ready presence.

Built with an alder body and a comfortable maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, this Tele features Fender’s modern Deep “C” neck profile, offering a substantial yet smooth feel that plays effortlessly across the fretboard. The 9.5" radius and 22 narrow-tall frets provide a perfect balance of vintage familiarity and modern playability.

At the heart of the guitar are Tim Shaw–designed Shawbucker humbucking pickups, delivering a fuller, more powerful voice than traditional Telecasters—tight low end, warm mids, and articulate highs that cut through a mix without harshness. Whether clean or pushed, this guitar offers a wide tonal range suited for rock, blues, and beyond.

The 4-knob Tele Deluxe control layout (independent volume and tone for each pickup) provides added flexibility, while the string-through Tele bridge with six saddles ensures excellent sustain, tuning stability, and intonation.

**Note: The $125 flat-rate shipping also covers professional packaging at the UPS Store, to ensure your guitar is properly-packed—Reverb's efforts to 'calculate shipping' have proven very inaccurate.
