This excellent circa 1987 U87 with original single FET design (02 diagram) retains the sound that made the U87 famous. This is a pre Sennheiser microphone. The capsules and the 02 circuit were manufactured by Neumann In the Neumann factory. This is an unaltered wax sealed head assembly with a bright capsule. The capsule will provide years of professional sound. The roll-off, the db and the pattern switches function properly. The basket is straight with no dents.
