Beautiful SG! Clean and mostly original example with strong cherry finish. Plays excellently with fresh set up and thin C neck and 1.59in nut width. Lovely Brazilian rosewood board with original low flat frets and very little fret wear. The two patent sticker pickups, virtually indistinguishable from PAFs, sound absolutely incredible! Warm and harmonically rich with depth and clarity. Sweet midrange with a blooming brightness and full low end without getting muddy. The original electronics look unmolested. The tuners have been changed to Grovers and the nut of the tremolo arm is a replacement but all other components and hardware are original to the guitar. There have been no breaks or repairs and the finish is 100% original with no overspray. The guitar is very clean for its age! The front is checking nicely and there are some small dings and bruises along the bevel as well as the edge near the bridge tone knob. The back has some heavy scratching and a large wear spot in the belt buckle area. The back edges also have some wear through the finish mostly near the control cavity and bottom edge. Overall well cared for and still look great! Awesome player with iconic look and legendary tone.

Comes with an old aftermarket case that has a vibe all of its own.
