Yamaha MGP24X 24-Channel Analog Mixer with Effects & D-PRE Preamps

The Yamaha MGP24X is a professional 24-channel analog mixer that blends classic analog warmth with powerful digital processing features. Designed by Yamaha, the MGP series delivers studio-grade sound quality and intuitive control, making it a popular choice for live sound, recording setups, and installed audio systems.

At the heart of the MGP24X are Yamaha’s D-PRE Class-A microphone preamps, built with an inverted Darlington circuit design for rich tone, excellent headroom, and low noise. The mixer also features X-pressive EQ, designed to capture the musical feel of classic vintage equalizers.

For easy dynamic control, the mixer includes intelligent 1-knob compressors that quickly dial in compression without complex settings. Yamaha’s Stereo Hybrid Channel adds modern DSP functionality, including Priority Ducker, Leveler, and Stereo Image processing, giving you powerful tools for live sound and broadcast-style mixing.

All of this is housed in a rugged metal chassis, making the MGP24X reliable for both studio use and demanding live environments.
