A masterstroke of bespoke craftsmanship, this custom-ordered Collings I-35 Deluxe is a singular achievement in Austin-built guitar design. Draped in a deep, storied Dark Cherry Sunburst, the premium figured maple top is accented by rare, factory-commissioned parallelogram inlays on both the fretboard and headstock—an aesthetic rarity that immediately distinguishes this build from any standard run. The entire instrument has been meticulously aged at the factory, providing a tactile, broken-in feel and a vintage patina that vibrates with the soul of a mid-century classic. At the heart of its voice lies an elite upgrade: a set of ThroBak SLE-101 humbuckers, delivering a harmonically complex, 1950s-spec growl that is as articulate as it is muscular. Complete with its original hardshell case and full documentation, this I-35 Deluxe is a definitive statement piece for the player who demands the absolute peak of semi-hollow performance.
