Vintage 1977 Music Man Stingray II Electric Guitar w/ Hardshell Case!

Up for sale is this vintage 1977 Music Man Stingray II electric guitar. This is a cool one, featuring a very dark, transparent walnut finish and all the tone and playability that one could possibly ask for.

This instrument is all original with the exception of the nut and is in very nice condition for its age. The original walnut finish is in nice shape, but does show wear including some small dings (a few around the edges and the neck pocket, pictured), scuffs, and scratches. The original hardware is in nice shape as well, but does show some light wear and pitting.

This one has just been gone over by our tech who cleaned it up, sprayed out the electronics, and slightly adjusted the set up. The action is low and comfortable all the way up the neck. There is some light buzz here and there if you're heavy-handed, but there's plenty of room to adjust for your personal preferences. The original frets show light wear but still retain most of their life.

A non-original, rough condition hardshell case is included. The case is coming apart and has been taped up but it's reasonably sturdy and is good enough to protect the instrument. The guitar will be well-packed inside and out to ensure safe shipping.
