sE Electronics X1A-25AERB Large-Diaphragm Condenser Microphone

Limited-Edition Studio Condenser Microphone for Vocals and Instruments
The sE Electronics X1A-25AERB is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone designed to deliver clean, detailed sound for vocals, instruments, streaming, and content creation, presented in a striking red 25th Anniversary finish. It combines professional recording performance with a durable, visually distinctive design, making it equally suited for home studios, project studios, and broadcast setups.

Clear Cardioid Sound with High SPL Handling
At the core of the X1A-25AERB is a redesigned large-diaphragm condenser capsule that produces a balanced and natural frequency response. The cardioid polar pattern focuses capture directly in front of the microphone while reducing room noise and off-axis sound, making it ideal for untreated rooms, vocal tracking, acoustic instruments, and voice-over work. With high SPL capability, the microphone handles loud sources without distortion.

Flexible Controls for Real-World Recording Situations
The onboard -20 dB pad allows the microphone to manage extremely loud sound sources such as guitar amplifiers, drums, and brass instruments. A switchable 100 Hz low-cut filter helps reduce unwanted low-frequency rumble, plosives, and proximity buildup, giving engineers more control at the source and reducing the need for corrective processing later.

All-Metal Construction Built for Long-Term Reliability
The X1A-25AERB features an all-metal chassis that improves durability while reducing susceptibility to electrical interference. An integrated internal windscreen minimizes plosive sounds without the need for an external pop filter, and the gold-plated XLR connector ensures reliable signal transfer and corrosion resistance over years of use.

25th Anniversary Red Finish with Professional Appeal
This special edition celebrates sE Electronics’ 25th anniversary with a bold red finish and commemorative styling. While visually unique, it maintains the same trusted performance as the standard X1 A, making it an excellent choice for creators who want studio-quality sound with added visual character for video production, streaming, or stage use.

Versatile Condenser for Studio, Streaming, and Content Creation
Whether used for singing, podcasting, instrument recording, livestreaming, or spoken word, the X1A-25AERB offers a dependable condenser microphone solution with professional sound quality at an accessible price point. Its combination of clarity, control features, and rugged design makes it a reliable tool for a wide range of recording applications.
