Purchased this guitar new in July 2007 from approved reseller. The condition is virtually perfect. Please read full description from the manufacturer (see last 2 pics). Although this was considered an mid-entry-level Ovation, with a laminate but still dense and beautiful Flame Maple top, everything else is virtually borrowed from higher tier models, including Lyrachord-made bowl, Ovation's unique Quintad bracing, OP4BT Preamp with 3-band EQ, on-board tuner and battery check. Its finish is a superb Ruby Red Burst with Abalone binding and inlays. A visual artwork just hanging on a wall. This is of course not the best acoustic sounding Ovation model, but it is still quite good; but its true usage is when plugged in, where it really performs superbly; together with the shallow body makes this an excellent instrument for stage performance (and with visuals to impress).

Comes with an Ovation Shallow bowl HSC that was purchased separately, a 250$ value today.
