Charges such as taxes, import duties & any other extra charges are not included in the final total price.  If shipping is international, please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs that may apply before you bid / buy.

No-hassle return policy.  We will communicate & work with you in good faith to ensure that your experience is a pleasant one!

Please contact us with any questions and comments you may have through Reverb's mail system; reasonable comments will always be treated thoughtfully.

Return claims will only be considered if made within 7 days from date of delivery.  Return conditions are defined as:

1) Buyer definitively illustrates to the seller's satisfaction via timely photographic or video exhibit(s) that the item has damage that was not shown, indicated or referenced in the listing (either photographically or in the listing's text / description).

2) Item does not function as described.  Stipulations such as "the item powers on" (and other limiting descriptors) is not intended to confirm that every single function of the item is 100% operational - particularly for complex items (such as but not limited to synthesizers, for example).  Similarly, a "like new" description is not synonymous with saying that the item is literally brand new & includes (for example) a full factory warranty from the seller; rather it is intended to illustrate that the item looks and functions as if it were literally brand new.  Many of our sales include items that were purchased brand new, tested, and then stored unused.

3)  The item has missing parts not referenced in the listing.

If  the seller agrees to take the item back as a return, a full refund will only be made if, upon seller's receipt of the item, the item matches the description of the claim made by the buyer.  Any additional damage or defects not included in the buyer's original description will void the return, & the buyer will be responsible for payment of costs related to return of the item to the buyer.

Thank you for shopping with us;  we hope you enjoy your purchase!
