Please note.
-Pickguard replaced.
-Tuning tuners replaced.
-Nut and saddle replaced.
-Martin crack repaired.
-Bridge pin hole in bridge plate repaired.
-There are traces on the neck block that suggest a pickup battery was attached there.
-Strap holes on the body end have been enlarged.
-A strap pin has been added to the neck heel.

[Playing Condition]
-There are no blockages or buzzing, and the guitar is in good playing condition.
String height at the 12th fret: 2.6mm on the 6th string, 2.1mm on the 1st string
Saddle overhang: Approximately 2.0mm-2.5mm
