1980 Gibson Flying V V2 in ultra rare cherry sunburst color with the original hard shell case. Custom color 80-82 Gibson V2 guitars are scarce but cherry sunburst is exceptionally rare. This guitar is 100% original with no changes of any kind. It has untouched electronics/solder joints and is in incredible near mint condition. The original frets show virtually no wear. I purchased this guitar from the original owner who played it very little before putting it under the bed where it sat untouched for decades. You will not find a better condition collector grade example like this anywhere. The original case is super clean as well and has some stickers which were put on the top of the case. There is some normal wear to the gold hardware on the body as shown. Local pick up only from the NW side of Chicago.
