Presenting the new Suhr Modern Antique Limited Edition, this one in Vintage Yellow.
The Suhr Modern Antique Limited Edition is a tribute to the time-honored wood combinations that John Suhr holds close to his heart. This exceptional limited edition brings together vintage-inspired aesthetics, cutting-edge playability, and the premium craftsmanship in which Suhr is renowned.
At its core, the Modern Antique features a basswood body topped with plain maple, providing a balanced tonal foundation with warmth and clarity. A roasted flame maple neck and fingerboard enhance stability and add a striking visual flair. The comfortable M.E. neck profile (.780 - .830) and a compound 10”-14” radius ensure an effortless playing experience, whether you're on stage or in the studio.
Equipped with Suhr’s SSV, V63, and SSH+ pickups, this guitar delivers a versatile tonal palette. The 5-way switch, blower switch, and push-pull bridge pickup split give you unparalleled control to explore everything from rich, vintage tones to searing modern leads.
Finished in a classic lacquer that evokes the timeless charm of a well-loved instrument, the Modern Antique Limited Edition seamlessly blends old-school vibe with modern innovation. The Suhr 2-post bridge with bent saddles and Suhr locking tuners ensure rock-solid tuning stability and impeccable performance.
The Suhr Modern Antique Limited Edition: where tradition meets innovation in perfect harmony.
