Inspired by Dave’s most favorite "1967 Gibson Trini Lopez signature ES-335”

- which he's owned since 1992, brought everywhere, played everywhere, living all his

Foo Fighters life with it - DG-335 takes many the same design cues like : the diamond-shaped

F-holes, split diamond inlays on the fingerboard and Firebird-style six-in-line headstock set

into an ES-335 style semi-hollow body. 

Dave worked closely with Gibson Custom Shop to create his own : 

Pickups : Two Burstbucker pickups with original PAF spec - give it the

                    vintage tone and the power at the same time

Neck : 24 ¾” scale, one piece mahogany neck, 1-11/16” nut width

              with 50s rounded neck profile - super tone!

Body : Maple top, maple back, maple side and a maple center block

Fingerboard : 22 frets, rosewood fingerboard

Since the day Dave laid his hands on DG-335, you don't see him playing any other guitars.

He is in love with it...We all are in love with him with it!
