Schecter Synyster Gates “SELF TITLED” Custom HT 2007
This is a custom hardtail model, ordered specifically for the recording of the Avenged Sevenfold Self Titled. This was used mainly for rhythm tracks and fills. The pickups have been changed to Gibson style pickups and the bridge to a tunomatic as instructed by producer Fred Archambault!
The tape on the back says Drop C but Syn still uses this guitar across the entire Self Titled album! If you watch the Avenged Sevenfold: Self-Titled documentary on YouTube, you can see Syn using this guitar during the recording of Almost Easy, Scream, Afterlife, A Little Piece of Heaven, and more! Don’t need this to move anytime soon!
