This guitar was purchased directly from Randy Parsons privately and then sold to me privately. The guitar is the exact same as it was originally sold. This is the first Parsons Copper Triple Jet serial number #003 to see the market. There are two that exist, this one and the one Jack White has in his private collection. This is the only other one cut from the same piece of wood as Jack’s and to the exact same spec. It is also the only other one made in 2006 with a matching serial number to Jack’s as it is was made in case something happened to his own. Four more of these guitars were made afterwards by Parsons but none of which were for or commissioned by Jack himself. This is the only other one.

Also included are a bunch of collectables and memorabilia. The guitar is all original and mint condition ready to play. I am happy to ship or meet in person in the Greater Toronto Area for in-person pickup. For USA buyers I can meet you at the Buffalo or Detroit boarders for in-person pickup.

Here is a description from Randy.

“In 2006 I was commissioned by musician Jack White to build a guitar. He wanted his own signature Gretsch without involving the Gretsch Co. The guitar was to be a copper top "jet style" guitar with special features (on-board electronics, a kill switch, matte rubbed down finish, and a 1912 Gretsch drum logo for the head-stock). The decision was made to build 2 identical guitars, both serial numbered #3. I would hold on to one of the instruments for 10 years, incase it was needed. Fortunately it never was. The two instruments were built side by side using the same tools and materials.

The guitar accompanying this certificate, is that instrument.

RANDY PARSONS, Luthier

The Parsons/Gretsch Triple Jet was commissioned by musician Jack White in 2006. It was solely built by Randy Parsons and Designed by both Parsons and White. The Gretsch Co. was not involved. They reached out to both Jack White and Parsons in 2009, and asked to do a production run, Mr. White and Parsons declined
