Zildjian A Custom 18" Crash Cymbal – Professional Bright Crash for Studio and Stage

The Zildjian A Custom 18" Crash Cymbal is a professional-grade percussion instrument engineered for drummers who demand clarity, responsiveness, and versatility. Crafted with a brilliant finish and precision-engineered tonal grooves, this crash delivers a bright, articulate voice that cuts through any mix. The lower profile design combined with advanced rotary hammering creates a cymbal that responds quickly to stick strikes while maintaining a smooth, glassy character. For more than two decades, the A Custom line has remained the preferred choice among working drummers in studios and on stages worldwide.

Built using modern rotary hammering techniques, this thin-weight crash features a carefully balanced pattern of narrow symmetrical grooves that provide structural integrity without compromising playability. The result is an explosive, clean attack followed by short, silvery sustain—ideal for recording sessions and live performances alike. Whether you're playing rock, pop, jazz, or fusion, the A Custom 18" delivers sufficient volume and projection while remaining sensitive enough to respond to dynamic playing across all musical genres.
