• Single ply 10mil film
• Bright tone
• Sensitive
• Long sustain
• Cavernous low rumble with low tuning
• Emphasizes the sound of the shell

The Evans G1 is the standard for an open and expressive sound.

The Evans G1 is constructed from a single ply of 10mil film. This creates a tone which is bright with plenty of sustain and great sensitivity.

The single ply construction allows the natural sound of the shell to project. If tuned low, the G1 produces a cavernous rumble.
