[Dark Warm + Expressive - Rich sound and expressiveness]

K Zildjian

Since its birth in Turkey in the 19th century, this series has continued to inspire the creativity of drummers around the world. Through meticulous hammering and razing, the drummer blends high and low tones across a wide range. The sound can be controlled at the artist's will, from gentle to intense.

These crashes feature an extremely thin, extra-thin weight and offer a delicate response and resonance. In addition to traditional K hammering, they incorporate the cluster hammer technique found on concert cymbals and some Constantinople series cymbals. They achieve a moderately mellow, trashy feel without the need for soundhole processing. The cups are unraveled, reducing excess sustain, resulting in crashes that are comfortable to the ear and offer high playability.
