Taylor is well known for building excellent acoustic instruments. Thanks to their deliberate tonewood selection, meticulous attention to detail, and innovative designs, they've proven themselves to be one of the leading acoustic guitar manufacturers around the globe. Like the rest of their catalog, this Taylor 214ce Koa Grand Auditorium Acoustic Electric sports a handful of impressive features that make it a true performer.

This acoustic features Taylor's beloved Grand Auditorium body style, a shape that combines the width and depth of a dreadnought guitar with a tapered waist and sleek contours. The result is not only a guitar that sits more comfortably, but has a very balanced, present sound with tons of projection. Crafted with a sitka spruce top and koa back and sides, this acoustic has a forward, bright tone, with a pleasantly focused midrange. Though this acoustic sounds wonderful for all styles of playing, it sounds particularly good for fingerpicking and medium strumming, courtesy of its mix-cutting tone.

Understanding that each player has different needs, Taylor equipped this acoustic with an ES2 electronics system to ensure maximum versatility. Granting a clean, uncolored acoustic tone when plugged in, the ES2 electronics system will preserve the natural tone of your guitar while unveiling additional tone shaping possibilities. With controls mounted on the upper bout of the guitar, adjusting tones on the fly is easy and convenient.

If you're seeking a premium-built acoustic guitar to add to your sonic arsenal, look no further than this Taylor 214ce Koa Grand Auditorium Acoustic Electric.
