B-Stock. Why is this B-Stock?

This one has a tiny white spec of dust that does not wipe off by the knob and there are a couple inside the where the knob lives. There is another tiny spec of dust by the pickup ring that does not wipe off and a teeny bit of finish flaking on the edge of the neck binding as show. This is all i could find.
