This stunning Ludwig Vistalite snare drum features vintage-style hardware for an authentic Vistalite vibe and precise bearing edges for the ideal blend of snap, crack, and sustain. This classic-styled snare has the look and sound of 1970s-era stadium rock, with plenty of projection to fill a venue. The Vistalite snare's hardened acrylic shell delivers a louder, punchier, and livelier sound than wood. Not only is it great for adding classic rock textures to any kit, but it also makes for the perfect complement to your Vistalite shell pack.

See-through acrylic shell for classic Vistalite tone and appeal: The Vistalite snare's crack, slap, and open acrylic sound lends an authentic classic rock vibe. It also adds interesting new textures to black metal, indie rock, and Motown mixes where other snares come across as too sterile. And since its see-through finished shell looks so great under stage lights, your audience won't be able to keep their eyes off you.

1970s-style hardware for an authentic Vistalite look: This snare pays tribute to the original Vistalite series with classic-styled lugs and a '70s badge for Vistalite's unmistakable look right out of the box. Precise bearing edges and true Ludwig hoops strike the perfect balance of projection, attack, and sustain.
