This is a one owner, only used in a non-smoking home studio, basically near perfect mic that has been handled like a Faberge Egg. This particular mic has recorded an Academy Award winner, many other greats and the narration for many movies.
It is serial #2364 which by most voices make it one of the premiere sounding ones.
It has a K47 Capsule! It is a tube mic with very reasonable footprint and form factor.
It's a wonder on vocals, incredible on room, great for acoustic guitar, etc. I've seen drum mixes where the M147 as the room was used as opposed to all the other mics.
It's the mic that you always on and always have in the mix.
If you had to have a one mic studio....this is your mic!
