This is our Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the Goldfinger 54 PHI Heads and Combo Amps. It contains three Gold Pin ECC83S's with one being current balanced for the phase inverter. The Gold Pin ECC83S's are very rich sounding and when overdriven they have a very smooth and singing character that's less gritty than the non-Gold Pin versions.

This kit uses premium matched pairs of the JJ Electronic 6L6GC's and JJ 6V6S's for power. The 6L6GC's are a classic 6L6 sounding tube with big lows, smooth mids and crystalline highs. What sets them apart is their low end clarity, mid-range detail and very clear highs without being overbearing or harsh.

The JJ 6V6S's are a Classic low power 6V6 tones kicked up a notch! Tighter lows, detailed mids and smooth clipping characteristics. A very cool tone with an earlier breakup!

If your amp is the Combo version please message us and we will send the JJ 6L6GCDM special "Double Mica" tubes. These are tubes made especially for Eurotubes with double mica spacers in the top to reduce tube rattle.

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.

If your amp is the head version and you want all the power and fidelity to get from your amp to your speakers then check out our custom made 10 Gauge speaker cables in our Reverb storefront. These cables are the largest cables made and leave no frequency unheard!

The video below shows both our preamp tube testing and power tube matching procedures here at Eurotubes which are second to none. We may not be the cheapest, but we are arguably the best.
