Peavey XXX 40 & XXX 60 Combo Gold Pin Option JJ Retube(TM) Kit with 6L6GC's

Are you looking for a very smooth singing tone with less grit to go with the classic 6L6GC sound? This is our Gold Pin Option Retube Kit for the XXX 40 and XXX 60 Combo amps with 6L6GC's. The preamp section uses four Gold Pin ECC83S's with being a current balanced Gold Pin ECC83S for the phase inverter in V4.

The power tubes are a premium matched pair of the JJ Electronic 6L6GCDM special "Double Mica" tubes. These are tubes made especially for Eurotubes with double mica spacers in the top to reduce tube rattle. The JJ 6L6GC's have big lows, smooth mids and crystalline highs. What sets them apart is their low end clarity, mid-range detail and very clear highs without being overbearing or harsh.

Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.
