Personal Thoughts:
This is a really strong modern Flying V and a great example of Gibson keeping the classic formula intact while giving it a slightly more refined specification. The Aged Cherry finish suits the shape perfectly, with the white three-ply guard and nickel hardware keeping the whole guitar looking traditional without feeling overly vintage-styled.

The Slim Taper mahogany neck gives it a fast, familiar Gibson feel, while the torrefied granadillo fingerboard adds a little more snap and immediacy than you might expect from a conventional rosewood board. The cryogenically treated medium frets also give the neck a solid, precise feel and should wear very well over time.

The BurstBucker 2 and 3 combination is a great fit for the Flying V platform. The BB2 neck pickup is warm and open without becoming muddy, while the hotter BB3 in the bridge adds more push, bite and midrange authority for rock and higher-gain work. The aluminium bridge and stop bar keep the response lively and resonant, with plenty of sustain and attack.

A very usable, well-balanced Flying V with the right combination of classic styling, strong pickups and modern playability.

Condition Report:
Excellent condition. Presents very cleanly overall with only light signs of careful use consistent with age. No significant wear or damage to mention. Supplied with its original hardshell case.
