Product Overview

Neck-through-body construction delivers sustain for weeks, giving this guitar a resonant, connected feel from the first fret to the last. The 3-piece maple neck carries an Extra Thin U shape that supports rapid fretting, paired with a Macassar ebony fingerboard dressed in Kirk Hammett's signature skull and crossbones inlays and topped with 24 extra-jumbo frets across a 25.5" scale length. Dual EMG Bone Breaker active humbuckers dish out a massive arsenal of tone, from articulate cleans to searing, high-gain lead work, controlled through a straightforward dual-volume and master-tone layout with a 3-way blade switch. A Floyd Rose 1000 locking tremolo bridge serves up expressive vibrato, while a locking nut and LTD tuners keep the guitar rock-solid in tune through the most demanding dive bombs and bends.
