Up for sale is a used Carlo Robelli R-109 3/4 Size Acoustic Violin in very good overall cosmetic condition. This violin features a beautiful natural amber-brown gloss finish, traditional violin construction, a black fingerboard, four fine tuners, and a comfortable black chin rest.

This 3/4-size violin is an excellent option for students, younger musicians, or anyone looking for a smaller-sized violin for lessons and practice.

The instrument includes a violin bow and a blue Carlo Robelli padded carrying case.

Condition Details

This violin is in Very Good Used Condition, showing normal cosmetic wear from previous ownership and handling.

After carefully inspecting the photos, the following details are worth mentioning:

• Body & Finish: The violin features an attractive natural brown/amber glossy finish with visible wood grain. The front, back, and sides show minor scratches, light scuffs, and general signs of use.
• Noticeable Finish Chip: There is a small but noticeable area of chipped/missing finish on the front of the violin, toward the lower bout on the treble side, near the right F-hole and above the tailpiece.
• Additional Cosmetic Wear: Small marks, surface scratches, and minor finish wear are visible around the body, edges, and corners.
• Fingerboard: The black fingerboard has several colored circular stickers and small white tape markers, likely added as finger-position guides for a student. Some of the tape appears worn or partially peeled.
• Strings: All four strings are present and installed. The strings have colored windings near the tailpiece and tuning pegs. Their age and remaining service life are unknown.
• Bridge: The wooden bridge is present and supports all four strings. It shows visible wear and a somewhat rough appearance along its upper surface. A professional setup or bridge adjustment may be beneficial.
