Introducing the VARUS Birdseye Black Snare, an exceptional boutique instrument combining striking visual character with professional-grade construction and tonal versatility.

Featuring a beautifully figured Black Birdseye Maple exterior, sleek black nickel hardware, and a carefully engineered maple/beech hybrid shell, this snare is designed for drummers seeking an instrument that stands apart both visually and sonically.

The 6-ply, 5 mm hybrid shell brings together the warmth and musical richness of maple with the articulation and focused attack of beech. The result is a responsive, balanced snare capable of delivering crisp ghost notes, commanding backbeats, and expressive dynamics.

Die-cast hoops enhance focus, tuning stability, and rimshot definition, while precision-cut 45° bearing edges contribute to excellent sensitivity and response.
