Schecter Damien Platinum-7 Electric Guitar — Satin Black B-Stock

The Damien Platinum-7 is a refined, fast-playing seven-string instrument built for heavy music and progressive work. Its ultra-thin "C" neck and balanced mahogany body make rapid fretwork feel effortless, while active EMG electronics deliver punchy, articulate tones that cut through any mix with clarity and sustain.

Playability & Feel

The thin neck profile measures 0.787" at the first fret and 0.866" at the 12th fret, with 24 X-Jumbo frets on a 16" fretboard radius that supports complex passages across the rosewood board. A 26.5" scale length balances string tension and articulation across the seven-string configuration, while the Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut (1.889" width) ensures consistent string response and tuning stability.

Tone & Electronics

The EMG-81 bridge and EMG-85 neck active humbuckers deliver hot, responsive output with excellent sustain and harmonic clarity. Volume, Tone, and 3-Way switch controls allow precise shaping from aggressive high-output tones to warmer, articulate voices suitable for clean playing and atmospheric work.
