One clean-looking and very clean SOUNDING discontinued Paiste Dry Crisp 20” Ride. And this is a BEAUTIFUL EARLY ONE!
What’s so memorable about the Dry Crisp is that it has a mellowness that many Paiste's lacks. The bell is solid but it’s a bit smaller than many other Signature model bells. It gives this particular 20” a clean, more focused “DRY” attack and controlled tone. It’s not a Mini Bell, but it leans that direction.
And it’s dark and low pitched too. Surprisingly so!
2380 grams. This one crashes very well too.
Smooth, glassy, darker leanings with a refined crispness, low in pitch for a Signature, great articulation, easy to draw out tone, still has a solid bell without being brutish. Inimitable clean Paiste Signature sound!!
Perfect for any genre or recording.
Excellent condition.Aged and mellowed naturally makes it sing! Not the easiest Paiste to come across. And an EARLY version!
