Eastman E-20P — Adirondack Spruce Top, Rosewood back and sides, Wide Bone Nut 

For sale is my lovely Eastman parlor guitar in excellent condition. I can't find any scratches on it. I've owned this guitar for a bit less than a year and it was purchased new.

This might be the nicest Eastman I've never played, it easily keeps up with my Martin 12 fret. The E-20P resonates with each pluck thanks to its Adirondack top paired with killer looking rosewood back / sides, hand scalloped bracing and even side braces.

Built for fingerpickers, this E-20P has a wider nut than the lower end Eastman parlor guitars, measuring 1-13/16". The neck is a big full retro C profile. If you’ve been fighting cramped string spacing on a standard guitar, this could be the fix. If you're used to modern Martins this will cause you to slow down and be more thoughtful about fingerings.

This guitar has very low fret wear. Action measures about 3mm on the low E, 

Comes with hard case an allen key for the truss rod.
