The Gibson Les Paul Special Tribute Humbucker is a stripped-back USA-made Les Paul built around simplicity, strong humbucker tones and straightforward playability.

Finished in Natural Walnut Satin, it combines a solid mahogany body with a Rounded-profile maple neck, rosewood fingerboard and Gibson 490R / 490T open-coil humbuckers.

This pre-owned example is in Very Good Condition, weighs an actual 7.56 lbs and includes a gigbag.

Gibson 490R & 490T Humbuckers

The pickup set consists of:

• Gibson 490R neck humbucker

• Gibson 490T bridge humbucker

The 490R delivers fuller, smoother neck tones, while the 490T adds extra attack and definition for driven rhythm and lead sounds.

Lightweight Les Paul Feel

At just 7.56 lbs, this particular guitar is notably manageable for a Gibson solid-body.

The flat Special-style mahogany body keeps the design simple and direct, without the carved maple top or heavier ornamentation of more traditional Les Paul models.

Rounded Maple Neck

The maple neck features Gibson’s Rounded profile with:

• Rosewood fingerboard

• 12" radius

• 24.75" scale length

• 22 medium-jumbo frets

• Graph Tech nut

The satin finish gives the guitar a more natural, less glossy feel in the hands.

Wraparound Bridge

The compensated wraparound bridge combines bridge and tailpiece functions into one simple unit.

This stripped-back hardware layout suits the direct, no-nonsense character of the Les Paul Special Tribute.
