This is a brand new, exquisite Lowden S-23 made in Northern Ireland complete with original hard case and all case candy. It was built in March 2026 as the certificate (pictured) confirms.

There is no pickup currently fitted and there have been no modifications to the original specifications.

It is listed at the lowest price in the world for a new S-23. At £2999 it is over a thousand pounds less than you would pay Lowden themselves or even super-cheap box shifters like BAX. And it is available right now.

There is a high, non-negotiable delivery fee for UK buyers. Even this does not take it anywhere close to the usual RRP. Don't want to pay delivery? Easy solution: Come get it. We have 100 free parking spaces and can open by appointment 24/7.

Nut is 44mm, bridge spacing is standard - there are no custom options. An AI search will give you any extra details. All the major info (including even gauge and type of strings) is included on the pictured certificate.

To all our wonderful US customers : buy with confidence from Wax Musical. We will deliver our Lowdens anywhere in the USA for lower rates than we deliver it to the UK. We only use the world's best services and can usually get it to your door in around 3 days.

Customers elsewhere in the world - ditto - although we may need to confirm shipping price first.
