1990 Ibanez Japan 540R Radius Series Satriani Superstrat (Bright Red Burst)

The 540R was part of the Radius series introduced by Ibanez in 1988 and enjoyed by Satriani for a number of years. Made in Japan by Fujigen as part of the Roadstar Pro series, these feature a basswood body with an Ultra profile maple neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length), weighs 3.1kg's. Loaded with a pair of factory Ibanez USA F1/C1 pickups controlled by master volume/tone knobs and a five-way selector, this one seems all original. 
Good overall used condition as pictured, the frets have light play-wear from the previous shredder but still have life in them and play smoothly, the neck is straight and the truss works as it should.
