This brand-new Collings D1 A HC is part of the Hill Country series, built around a warm, dry, woody voice with a strong fundamental and full low end. The Adirondack spruce top paired with Honduran mahogany back and sides gives it excellent clarity, depth, and responsiveness, while the Dreadnought body delivers plenty of power and projection. It has a wonderfully natural, comfortable feel in the hands, with the kind of immediate response that makes it equally at home in a bluegrass jam or played fingerstyle. The understated Hill Country appointments, including the hand-poured pickguard, wedge, rosette ring, walnut backstrip, and stamped peghead logo, give it a distinctive look that feels both refined and understated. A beautiful, exceptionally well-built Collings with a rich, dry tone and plenty of character. Comes with OHSC Top: Adirondack Spruce Back and Sides: Honduran Mahiogany Neck/Fingerboard: Honduran Mahogany/Ebony Bridge Material: Ebony Tuners: Waverly open back nickel Radius: 14"-26" Compound Neck Profile: Hill Country Neck Depth: 1st-0.890" 9th fret-1.050" Scale Length: 25.5" Nut Width: 1 3/4" String Spacing at Saddle: 2.300" Contains Brazilian Rosewood (Y/N): N Electronics: N Case: OHSC Modifications/Repairs: New Condition Notes: New
