Seymour Duncan Slash 3.0 Zebra Pickup Set

Seymour Duncan Slash 3.0 Zebra Pickup Set

The Seymour Duncan Slash 3.0 Zebra set delivers aggressive, high-output tone with the visual signature of contrasting black and cream coils. These hand-built humbuckers respond with clarity and punch, cutting through the mix with the midrange presence and sustain that defined Slash's iconic sound across three decades.

Construction & Materials

Hand-built in Santa Barbara using vintage-inspired techniques, each pickup combines rough cast Alnico 5 magnets with traditional wood spacers and period-correct appointments. Vacuum wax-potting eliminates microphonic feedback and ensures stable performance in any environment, preserving the raw articulation these pickups are engineered to deliver.

Tone & Output

Classified as higher-output humbuckers, the Slash 3.0 set generates substantial signal with enhanced sustain and aggressive midrange definition. The design balances vintage warmth with modern responsiveness, translating pick attack directly to amp without losing note clarity or harmonic complexity.
